Everyone's been talking about this restaurant that has an unlimited wagyu promo for only 899 pesos, some restaurants would claim that their steaks are wagyu while it doesn't taste like one but I heard that Hogs & Cattle really serves Wagyu steaks. So its probably time that I stop reading reviews, and go there myself to confirm if this restaurant is a must try!

I went to their Century City Mall branch on a Wednesday night, and there were only about 3 tables occupied. They would serve you a basket of bread and soup as you wait for your steak, but I prefer not getting yourself stuffed with bread so that there's more room for the steak. You could choose the sides of your steak, as for me I ordered mashed and veggies for my first round but I didn't like their mashed potato so I just got veggies for my next rounds. I only finished 3 plates of wagyu steak, but would love to get some more if my friend was still in for a fourth round.

Here's a snap of my 3 plates for the night, they consistently gave me perfectly cooked wagyu steak of great sizes:

Overall, I really enjoyed in Hogs & Cattle for I am a meat lover. It really is the perfect restaurant to go to whenever you feel like pigging out and splurging on food. Make sure that you are hungry when you get here so that you would really make the most on the unlimited promo. I would recommend getting your steak rare so that the bite is better, and would recommend asking for more of the garlic since for me, it goes well with every slice of the steak.

By the way, I heard that the Unlimited Wagyu Steak for 899 pesos is now Unlimited Wagyu and PRAWNS! I myself would really need to visit them again since steak and shrimps are my fave, that's why I would always be ordering surf and turf in restaurants serving steak.

Hogs & Cattle Steakhouse has a branch in Century City Mall and in Mall of Asia. Visit their facebook  (https://www.facebook.com/HogsandCattle/) or instagram (https://www.instagram.com/hogsandcattleph/) for more information about them and updates on their promos.

Everything is made easy and convenient for us these days, we could have whatever we want in front of our doors easily skipping all the commute or drives to places to get what we are craving for. A group of friends have just craved for buko juice and realized that satisfying coconut cravings is very hard eventhough Philippines is a country known to have abundant supply of coconuts. So they decided to the dirty work of choosing the best coconuts, extracting and bottling the juice, then delivering them to our homes and offices for us. Just Coco may be the usual buko juice but they offer the convenience for city dwellers to avail and enjoy the best drink in the Philippines.

We Filipinos have also been conscious with our health for there are many illnesses that are suddenly appearing these days, and I guess its nice to let you guys know the BENEFITS OF COCONUT WATER:

• Taking a sip before your workout can help BOOST performance, especially when working out first thing in the morning.
• The PERFECT THIRST quencher after your workout as it has a low carbohydrate content as well as electrolytes.
• Better way to hydrate. Coconut Water is naturally packed with nutrients, minerals and vitamins so you are getting more from every glass versus artificial juices and soda.
• Naturally moisturized skin from within.

• It is THE MIRACLE DRINK for coconut water had more potassium than banana and contains electrolytes that is close to human plasma.

Nothing feels better than the fact that Christmas is just around the corner already. Besides the fact that it is already the start of ber months again, I'm really just so happy to have found a happy place where it feels like Christmas anytime of the year! Cafe Noelle doesn't only have the best interiors that would make you feel like home, but they also have the best dishes that would really make you feel the warmth of the holiday season all year long!

Me and my family would usually need to drive from Angeles to San Fernando just to get a taste of our favorite dishes from Cafe Noelle. I'm so glad when they branched out to SM City Clark, and now in Marquee. If you are a foodie who likes to take photos of the sumptuous meals that you eat, the Marquee mall branch of Cafe Noelle is just the perfect place for you to visit,  the natural sunlight of their place just makes your dining experience a lot more extra!

Eating sushi for dessert? It sounds weird right? But this is probably one of the brightest ideas one could ever think of! This is why I really looked for these cakes in Manila. I really thought it would just be a hype since the cakes are served in a creative way, but as I myself have tasted the sushi cakes, I now definitely know why so many are going crazy for these cakes.

Here is a short background of My Pink Wasabi that I got from their facebook page:

My Pink Wasabi was established in October 2010 by entrepreneurial friends with the goal of selling unique gifts for Christmas. After 3 months of product testing, Kashi Makis were finally introduced. Cute and yummy, these cakes are formed to resemble sushi.

The inspiration for the name My Pink Wasabi came from its non-conformist style in dessert making. The idea of a pink wasabi summarizes the true essence of its products, unconventional yet complementing. It perfectly describes the sweet fusion of desserts with the simplicity and perfection of sushi.

Now, My Pink Wasabi has grown beyond the unique gift idea as it gradually expands its line of products.  Japanese cheesecakes have recently been added to its offerings; unique made-to-order cakes for special occasions and sweet dessert giveaways are also accepted.

For updates and feedbacks, you may find us in facebook (www.facebook.com/MyPinkWasabi.pastries) or follow us on twitter ( http://twitter.com/mypinkwasabi). We can also be reached via e-mail at mypinkwasabi@gmail.com or  mobile number 0906 2102966.

The Hoegaarden Witbier- biere blanche is recognized as the original Belgian White Beer for its distinct taste and flavor palette that is light and refreshing flavor and smooth taste.

Anne Ghanima, Brewmaster and Hoegaarden Brewery Manager explains, "Hoegaarden is different by nature. It goes through a complex brewing process that uses special barley malt, raw wheat and our very unique Hoegaarden yeast that result in a distinctive cloudy-white appearance. The key to the authentic Belgian what beer's unique, refreshing flavor and spicy nose is ingredients including real Curacao orange peel and a delicate balance of coriander. Many years ago, Hoegaarden brewmasters creativity led the iconic beer we know today and we are proud to perpetuate the tradition."

Hoegaarden traces its roots to the village of Hoegaarden, Belgium where brewing beer has always been an integral part of life. The tradition began in the 15th century, when Begarden monks in the area started brewing Belgian white(or wit) ales. Since the previous wheat beers they brewed were sour, the monks experimented by adding orange peel from the colony of Curacao and coriander until they deliciously crafted the Hoegaarden recipe used today. By the 19th century, the village the boasted of 35 breweries.

Everyone is probably going on trips outside town or even out of the country, but I'm still on my last push for the academic year since UST has a different school calendar. So I probably should share this now that everyone's in their summer mode. Hennessy has this VS Chilled Flask that turns blue when you pop it inside your fridge, it really is perfect to bring on your trips for drinks that are not chilled is not really good right?

Going around Angeles, you would have so much choices on what cuisine you would want to eat, but there are only a few restaurants who really serve Filipino food. And here it is, Rustica is one of the  restaurants that you would totally go back to for your Filipino food fix. They have a variety of classic Filipino favorites and they also have Filipino food with modern twists in their menu. Here are my fave dishes that we ordered:

If you are looking for a nice place to eat delicious Filipino Food in Angeles City, Pampanga, I suggest that you should find this place! ;)

I really love Amber's pichi-pichi and spaghetti, that sometimes I would be ordering only for myself in times of intense craving!  It takes a long time to wait for your orders to come, but for me, waiting is worth it!!

Hi Amigas and Amigos!

I'm really so excited to tell you about the latest news that I have for you!!! So last week, I went to UP Town Center to finally try the newest restaurant in town that is having so much good feedbacks for the past few months that they have been popping out in different places in Manila. You would definitely go insane craving for their menu once you have tried their food. (So guys, once I tell you that the food is good, I really am serious about it! Being a Kapampangan who grew up in a house with good cooks, I am really a food critic!) Many of their food choices are zesty, so for those who loves zesty foods, you would definitely enjoy here. But their menu have a wide variety of choices and you would find something there for you if you don't like anything citrus!

Before showing you the food that we ate, I would just like to commend how the interiors have that "reunion" feels or maybe that bonding vibes that you and your barkada have been looking for. PLUS, they serve a wide variety of beers and cocktails which makes your barkada night extra special! HAHAHA!

This is their best selling cocktail so I just had to try it! It was so hard to pick what to order because I was so overwhelmed with the choices that were in front of me. I should have taken a picture of their menu for you to see how your choices are good that you can't even pick what to order. (I would probably do that in my next visit and make another post! And I would probably keep in mind that I have to put menu pictures in my food posts so that I would really help you guys plan where to eat.) We just decided to follow kuya waiter and order their best sellers! Here are the photos of what we ate (They look so good, and tastes a lot better!!!!)

A meal for me and my two friends, at first we thought that we wouldn't finish all of that. But what can you do when the food is yummy right?

Those ribs and chicken are their specialties and once you try it, you would know why it is their specialty! Plus, I would really suggest getting the mussels and calamari for appetizer, especially for seafood lovers like me!

This is really good but I suggest getting this with your barkada for it really is in a BIG serving!

I had to take a picture of this one since for me, it is a must try and something I would go back to and crave for! One of the best tasting Clam Chowder that I have tasted! So don't forget to order this in Gringo okay?

This was actually a pahabol order since I had a friend that was around and she came by  qand joined us! Which gave us a reason to try other things in their menu!!! YUM!

I honestly didn't know how I would eat dessert pa after finishing all the things that we ordered, but I really just had to try their dessert and I'm so glad I did! I somewhat found a similar taste to the authentic Mango Sticky Rice that I tasted in a province in Thailand except that this had a twist, it has sago and ice cream!!!

I wanted to celebrate and destress after two weeks of hell facing so much practical exams and books to study for my written exams. And it was so worth it that I spent the night with Gringo! Food really takes all the stress away! PLUS, I was with my College best friend and my High School best friend at the same time! (Placed a picture of both of them since I bugged them to go with me! Hahaha)
