Rustica now in Angeles City, Pampanga

So my parents took us to this newly opened restaurant in town, they told us that they would usually go to Nueva Ecija or Tarlac with their friends just to go to Rustica, and now it is finally here in Angeles City, Pampanga!!! I really love the facade of the restaurant, perfect for photos! HAHAHA.

Going around Angeles, you would have so much choices on what cuisine you would want to eat, but there are only a few restaurants who really serve Filipino food. And here it is, Rustica is one of the restaurants that you would totally go back to for your Filipino food fix. They have a variety of classic Filipino favorites and they also have Filipino food with modern twists in their menu. Here are my fave dishes that we ordered:

| Sinigang na Bangus. What I look for in a sinigang dish is that "asim factor" that would really make me have chinky eyes! Hahaha! And I'm giving this a thumbs up for passing my requirement! |

| (left to right) Pinakbet and Shrimp in Mango Salad These two dishes were the best that we tried in their menu. The pinakbet was to die for! Those who are not really veggie person will still have fun eating this with the flavor that it has. While the Shrimp in Mango Salad(I don't really know if this is what it is called, but basically the shrimp was mixed in a mango salsa) is a must try, I really enjoyed it and devoured almost all of it!!! |
