Ber months are the months when everyone's juggling work/schoolwork with all the festivities coming! I myself have been having a hard time balancing my school, work, birthday celebration, and sidetrips to malls to catch sale items for my Christmas gifts for my loved ones (yup, this early so that the expenses would not be a one time thing!). And adding a little drama, I've been going through a lot of changes and moving on the past months that I have totally forgotten to take care of myself. Thank God for giving me an opportunity to be in an event that would remind me that in little ways I could start to take care of myself once again

Watsons just started a new campaign, "Time to Renew," to lead people back to restoring their beauty and recharging their health. The campaign focused on three categories that most of us usually forget with our tight schedules (I totally got so guilty for being my messed up self with these three categories that would change my life)- Restore your Beauty for proper skin care, Revitalize your hair to bring life back to dull tresses, and Recharge your Health for a more energized and healthier body.
